They told me no cars were available at the reserved time. They tried telling me my reservation was for 10:30 when the paperwork clearly showed 9:00am. They made me wait and then began giving cars to other customers until I spoke with three different Hertz employees which took me an hour to get my car.

Price was good but everything else was poor. No cars in reservation size or larger were available when arrived. Was told to go to the next level only to find that many of the cars were missing keys. The only car of our reservation size was in poor condition, abandoned vehicle sticker, marks on the outside everywhere, severe oversteering, and gas tank wasn't full.

It was a disappointing experience because I never actually got to rent a car. Even though the reservation went through, there were no cars available to rent when I got to the Hertz counter less than 20 minutes later.

We had to cancel our reservation and get another car from another agency. We we went to the desk to get our car we were told it was going to be a 2-3hr wait for a car to be available to us. No explanations why other than there were none ready and we had to get in line with everyone else and when one became available then we could have it. There were no notices sent out of info given it was just a show up and wait. I don't mind waiting some times, I get it, but 2-3 hours is a bit much.

No cars where available! Struggle to get my $ back... Heard to speak to anyone..was on hold for for 45 mins was hung up on 2 times in line for 4 hours to find out no cars where available even thou it was paid for... Making me jump thru hoops to recieve my $ back...bs!😣waisted a whole day dealing with situation. Tottaly lost a day with my daughter on her wedding week.

I rented an S-Class vehicle. It was not available when I arrived at the DFW counter. The rental agent gave me a sub-class car without telling me. It was also filthy. You could hardly see out the windshield. It had 70,000 miles on it, a Buick Encore. The steering was not perfect and after a good rainstorm it had a big scratch on the side. I was disappointed. It felt like a bait and switch. The details of the contract need to be fulfilled accurately, Avis, or it leads to a negative experience. Thank you.

Bad experience. They gave me a car without extra tire( inside) I had a flat tire Road assistant couldn’t help me. I return The car before the due date because I had flat tire and they didn’t refund me anything even though my Uber money back . Very sad
