You could have helped me switch cards. The priceline team didnt help me with switching cards and as a result i had to cancel and rebook thru Costco which got me better deal and insurance

I rented an S-Class vehicle. It was not available when I arrived at the DFW counter. The rental agent gave me a sub-class car without telling me. It was also filthy. You could hardly see out the windshield. It had 70,000 miles on it, a Buick Encore. The steering was not perfect and after a good rainstorm it had a big scratch on the side. I was disappointed. It felt like a bait and switch. The details of the contract need to be fulfilled accurately, Avis, or it leads to a negative experience. Thank you.

Bad experience. They gave me a car without extra tire( inside) I had a flat tire Road assistant couldn’t help me. I return The car before the due date because I had flat tire and they didn’t refund me anything even though my Uber money back . Very sad

You can’t even get in touch with them… that’s a start. The vehicle had fries all on the backseat floors. It wasn’t clean at all. The most unprofessional car rental company.

Never got to pick up my rental. I called numerous times. No one picked up the phone and no shuttle came. I had to rent from another company and spent 4x the amount since it was a last minute reservation. It appears they are closed after a certain time.

It was very poor experience. Getting pick up from them is so hard they don’t pick up the phone when you can them. When you have a early flight back and you have to go drop off the car there will go no one they open at 8am and even with that they are not there I have to take Lyft to go to airport that is very expensive there. My experience with Check in was so bad the people behind the counter are so mean and not helpful at all. While talking to them they sit on their phone watching videos and chating on there phone not professional at all. I will never use Easirent again.

Other than the place being located in the middle of some industrial park, everything was great. The young lady that assisted me with the pick-up was very friendly, the car was bigger than I thought I was getting, the checkout process was very easy, and dropoff was a cinch. Great experience at a very reasonable price. Thank you
