I had one small problem, you can only pair 6 phones. I had to delete the previse before my phone could pair. Car was clea and drove well.

There were difficulties returning the car due to a music festival which had taken over the rental location's parking. The alternate parking location was nearly 1km away. In addition, I was charged for 1 extra day.

Car was filthy. It hadn’t been cleaned . Inside windows had film as did rear view mirror . Clods of dirt were on rear seat backs and in rear seat wells . Dirt was still on exterior wheel trim .

The car was not cleaned for turn around service. Previous renter had spilled coffee plus the car was filthy inside. The standards are definitely slipping!

Well for starters the staff was amazing. I didn’t know what car I was getting because I went with a mystery car for a deal . I was last in line and I was giving a better car than I was expecting and it made my travels so much better . I will definitely be sharing how happy I am with my friends and family and even on social media. Thanks so much for making my experience better than I could imagine. Keep up the great work
