They didn't have the van i reserved when i went to pick up. So 7 people with 3 suitcases had to squeeze in to a Arcadia. 2 suitcases had to go on laps. The wait time for pickup was ridiculously long. The lady who checked me in told me I didn't have to get gas when returning, that they'd charge me the same rate the gas was at the gas pump. When i returned it, they estimated my gas usage and charged me 9.90 a gallon!

Your website did not tell me the car rental was not at the airport - instead it was at a mall nearby and location was closed when plane landed. Never using kayak again and will go directly to Avis website next time.
