Car was great, the person that helped me was a jerk. I have the new I.D. And he put it in the machine his response was I can’t rent you a car our reader won’t read your license I was persistent and said let’s try my friends both had the same outcome we were told can’t rent the car. I asked is there anyone we could call his response was the same NO! Again I was persistent and had to be a bit pushy finally convinced him to try again low and behold it worked his reply was oh I just turned your license around and it worked.No apologies nothing,if it wasn’t for our persistent desperation needing the rental car we would have just been his victim
