Cheap Car Rentals in León Del Bajio Airport

We did not end up taking the car there were undisclosed fees that we were not informed of at the time of booking so we chose not to rent the car

To start with it took them a long time to come and pick us up at the airport, it turns out their location is off site. We got there and they decided to give us a VW sedan that was all scratched, damaged, dirty, high mileage, and with an empty gas tank (the light was on but luckily the gas station is next door). We asked them if they had another car that was in a better shape and they said not because that's all they had. Drove the car away and after the 2nd, the vehicle started to make this loud and strange noise which seamed unsafe. We called them and arranged to switch the vehicle. When we arrived to the location they did not have the replacement car ready and we had to wait for them to bring another vehicle similar to the 1st one. As we were inspecting the replacement vehicle before picking it up, one of the employees got really irritated because we were switching our belongings to the replacement vehicle, and claimed that we scratched the rear bumper with one of our bags (that was not the case). This person was so rude, aggressive, and he even dared to say a profanity to my face in spanish thinking that I would not understand. I immediately asked to speak to his manager which needed up apologizing. Extremely bad experience, I don't recommend this place.
