The customer service was weak not very friendly,asked for information on retuning the vehicle a little later than the pickup time,but was given a business card with no local number,then I was told to call back when retuning the vehicle but, no further information , this could have been done before I returned the vehicle so I could know my options, NO HELP . Thanks

We ordered an SUV (and paid the price of a SUV) but we’re told they didn’t have any available and we’re provided a sedan. They didn’t reduce the price to match renting a sedan. The car they gave us was damaged and smelt awful. It was obvious people had been smoking in the car.
