Pick up was a breeze but drop off was not well marked, no parking spots left, no one would answer their phone when called to inquire. The gas station (Love’s) was across the street but no gas was available - which was surprising. I returned the car with a quarter tank and had to eat the fuel cost bc I was bumping up against my time. I was floored at the $154 fuel charge for filling up 3/4 of a tank on a full size Kia. My bad for sure - but they really stick it to you for that so be careful! Stop at mile marker 9 for gas. A lot of the other ones that advertise gas didn’t have a station near the exist.

Able to obtain a rental was what went right. The rental I was five only had 57 miles left in the tank and I brought it back with 100 miles on it and was charged a fuel fee. This should not have been done.

The van seats were dirty and wet when I got in it. Although I had pre ordered the van over a month ahead they had to go get it from somewhere else which took an hour. The people were kind and helpful as I waited.

Everything was great!! My birthday was 2 days before I rented the car so the lady at the window gave me a birthday discount. Definitely will rent again.

I got upgraded to a Toyota Forerunner with full 4WD. I found the controls confusing on this car. The intermittent wipers were very hard to tune in during a fine drizzle. Avis service was great, just hated the car's control layout.

There was a long delay before the lot attendant could get me a car, and the car only had 2/3 a tank of gas. Not to mention it had been in an accident on the front passenger bumper and the app/link to log all of that in doesn’t work. The attendant noted it, but this is a crappy way to do business. Extremely unprofessional to be given a car that wasn’t cleaned properly, had obvious damage and lacked a full tank of gas. Second time in this has happened in the past few weeks.
